Ron Frank

Ron Frank is an award-winning producer whose credits span more than twenty years in film and television production, direction, writing and editing. He owns and operates his own Avid editing system. His credits are too numerous to mention here, but among them are these more recent documentary features:

· The Eternal Road: An Encounter with the Past, (2000) PBS.

· Gloria (1999), PBS - a musical event hosted by James Earl Jones and performed live in Jerusalem, Israel with the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra in the Millennium Choir.

· Israeli Intelligence (1999) - History Channel, the 50 year history of Mossad - Israel’s secret intelligence service. Narrated by Charlton Heston for the Sworn to Secrecy series

· The Port Chicago Mutiny: The Real Story (1999) - TLC, a true story about racism in the U.S. Navy during World War II narrated by Louis Gossett Jr. Winner NY Fests, Telly, Intercom awards

· Shadows of the Six Day War (1998) - History Channel, secret agents gather intelligence that determines the outcome of‘67 Arab-Israeli war. Narrated by Charlton Heston for Sworn to Secrecy series

· The Mystery of Mars (1997) - TLC, the story that may reveal life on Mars and intelligent life in the Universe narrated by Leonard Nimoy.

· The Hunt for Adolf Eichmann (1994) - A&E, the story of this SS officer’s hunt and capture narrated by Gregory Peck. Awards: Telly, NY Fests, and NEFV awards.

· Princesses of Monaco (1996) - LIFETIME - a biographical look at the lives of Grace Kelly and her daughters narrated by Lee Grant.

· The Revolutionary War, (1995) TLC - five part documentary series on the American Revolution, narrated by Charles Kuralt. Winner Cable Ace.

· Turning Point: Murder in Mississippi (1994), ABC-TV documentary on slain civil rights activists in Mississippi in 1964.

· Ivan the Terrible: The Demjanjuk Dossier (1988) PBS - documentary on the last Nazi war criminal trial in Israel. Winner Gold Medal International Film/TV Festival. Narrated by E.G. Marshall.

From 1981 to 1984 Frank lived in Jerusalem, Israel and worked for CNN and ABC News and produced and edited film and television productions for the Israeli Government.
